Luksusowe czarne & białe etui na karty do iPhone'a

Waited weeks, never left country of origin, dod not clear customs becayse was not properly documebted and packed and returned to sender. I contacted company and zero response so looks like i have lost over $100.
I previously had no issues with them and this has really kind of made me not want to continue business worh them. Not fair to consumer, the country to country customs requiremebts are EXTREMELY CLEAR. I ship internationally and never ANY issue because i follow the rules.
Very disappointed in this company and makes me not trust ill get my items or money returned.
